Heavy structure material pulled from rock nodes. You lean on it for early foundations, pits, and stone defenses, then keep hauling it once Cement and midgame pads open, because stone crafts never really retire.

Prefer mining with a Mining Pal or pickaxe, then scale with a Stone Pit so walls and workbenches aren't waiting on a single boulder field. Route pit output into a chest beside Handiwork floors. Early sinks include Defensive Wall and Stone Gate when you harden the perimeter past wood.

The big shared craft is Cement: Stone ×20, Bone ×1, and Aquatic Pal Fluids ×1 on the High Quality Workbench path. Stone is the easy pile; Bone and fluids are the quiet gates, so keep a combat or ranch chest feeding the same bay. Bank Stone before a remodel so you're not mining between every foundation.
