Tech Level 11. Mid early logging tool that chops wood faster once furnaces start turning out Ingot. Attack sits near 30, but the real job is gathering: Logging Yield Up Lv1 helps you pull more from sturdy trees, including Hardwood stands deeper inland. Build it when Wood and Stone piles are thick and you want a metal-tier axe before refined and Pal Metal tools take over the ladder.

Recipe: Stone ×15 + Wood ×20 + Ingot ×15. Twenty Wood is the bulk sink, so keep logging pals feeding the chest even while you craft the upgrade. Fifteen Stone and fifteen Ingot are easy once gather and smelting loops run, so park all three mats beside the workbench for unlock night.

Carry Metal Axe on logging routes, base wood nights, and any inland tree belt where Hardwood yield matters. Keep a spare in the ranch chest so a broken axe does not stall furniture and ammo crafts that burn Wood.
