Tech Level 14. Early wall-mounted base light after Hand-Held Torch once Wood and Stone crafts come online beside Hip Lantern. SAN sits near −0.11, and the in-game description says it lights a base at night when placed on walls and needs a Fire Pal to keep the flame lit. Reach for it when handheld light is not enough for night base work.

Recipe: Wood ×5 + Stone ×2. Five Wood and two Stone are tiny early sinks, so the kit finishes beside the workbench in one trip with no Paldium in the recipe.

Carry Wall Torch for early night bases, wall corridors, and any interior where fixed light beats carrying Hand-Held Torch or Hip Lantern. Assign a Fire Pal to keep flames lit after placement. Figures are for Palworld 1.0.5; recheck Tech level, craft counts, and SAN in game after a later patch.
