High Quality Pal Oil

You can't craft this one. It only comes from Pal drops, ranch output, and merchants. That makes oil income a base-design problem long before the Polymer recipe looks hard on paper.

Best passive farm is Dumud (or Dumud Gild) on a Ranch. Combat farms lean on Digtoise, Relaxaurus, Woolipop early, and desert pals once you're roaming those biomes. Merchants sell it too, commonly around 300 gold a piece, which is fine for a shortfall and painful as a main supply.

Oil gates Polymer at High Quality Pal Oil ×2 plus Sulfur ×1. It also shows up in early gun crafts and Weapon Assembly Line work, so a dry oil chest stalls both electronics and firearms at once. Get a Dumud on Ranch as soon as you can, keep Transport hauling the drops, and only buy from merchants when a Polymer batch is already queued.
