Circuit Board

Unlocked at Technology level 35 for 2 points, this is the precision electronics piece that turns a powered Assembly Line into a real base upgrade path. Craft it on a Production Assembly Line: Pure Quartz ×2 and Polymer ×1 for one board.

Farm both inputs on purpose. Pure Quartz comes from snow biome nodes, so a cold mining outpost pays off once boards are online. Polymer still runs through High Quality Pal Oil, so oil income and quartz income need to stay paired or Circuit Board queues stall on one side.

Uses stack quickly. Refrigerator, Electric Kitchen, Electric Heater, Electric Cooler, and Electric Furnace all ask for boards. So do Sphere Assembly Line II, Weapon Assembly Line II, Production Assembly Line II, assorted lamps, and the Megaboost Gun in heavy amounts. The late sink is the Computer, which takes Circuit Board ×2 per craft and then feeds AI Core and energy weapons.

Stock boards ahead of those II stations and Computer runs. One Electric Furnace unlock can wipe an early stash overnight, and Computer recipes multiply the same demand again once Plasteel and Bio Battery come online.
