Mid-high heal-over-time medicine that opens the recovery ladder toward Advanced Recovery Meds once Cavern Mushroom, Red Berries, High Quality Pal Oil, and Cotton Candy crafts scale beside Medieval Medicine Workbench and Advanced Medicine Workbench. Weight sits near 0.2, and the in-game description says high quality restores a lot of Health over time, so mid-late raids and boss nights get a stronger HoT kit than basic recovery stubs. Reach for it when berry snacks still leave you low mid-fight.

Recipe: Cavern Mushroom ×10 + Red Berries ×20 + High Quality Pal Oil ×5 + Cotton Candy ×5 + Sulfur ×5. Ten mushroom and twenty berries are mid-late sinks, and five oil plus five Cotton Candy finish beside the medicine bench; for Sulfur ×5, farm loops from the best Sulfur base locations guide.

Carry High Quality Recovery Meds for mid-late raids, dungeon clears, and any fight where strong HoT beats berry pacing. Keep climbing toward Advanced Recovery once Sulfur and oil stock higher.
