The in-game description says it is a saddle for safely riding Quivern Botan. Reach for it when you want the Coolant grass dragon kit beside Shadowbeak Saddle.

Recipe: Leather ×30 + Refined Ingot ×30 + Cloth ×20 + Cryogenic Coolant ×10 + Paldium Fragment ×40. Thirty Leather, thirty Refined Ingot, twenty Cloth, and ten Coolant are solid late sinks; for Paldium Fragment ×40, farm loops from the best Paldium Fragment base locations guide. No organ mats sit in the recipe.

Carry Quivern Botan Saddle for late forest routes and aerial grass escorts where Tech 45 Coolant gear beats base Quivern alone.
