The usual recipe is Wheat Seeds ×3, Wood ×15, and Stone ×15. It wants Planting, Watering, and Gathering in rotation. Growth is commonly cited around 270 seconds, and a healthy cycle yields Wheat ×10. Park Transport chests close so grain doesn't wander across the whole base before it hits the millstone.

Wheat exists to become Flour, and Flour exists to become Cake. That Cake loop feeds breeding farms and the rest of your midgame food menu. Cook the early dishes on a Cooking Pot, then move volume to the Electric Kitchen once power is steady. Share Watering labor with berry plots and the Crusher so one strong Water worker isn't stretched thin across every wet job.
