Tech Level 63. Capstone mobility hook that finishes the ladder after Hyper Grappling Gun, Giga Grappling Gun, Mega Grappling Gun, and Grappling Gun once Coralum Ingot and Ancient Parts scale late. It is still not a weapon. You fire a hook, reel toward the point, and chain swings with cooler cooldown than Hyper. Weight sits near 1, so late towers, cliffs, and bad fights get the final pull kit. Reach for it when Hyper cooldown still strands you mid-route.

Recipe: Paldium Fragment ×100 + Coralum Ingot ×30 + Carbon Fiber ×50 + Polymer ×50 + Ancient Civilization Parts ×10. One hundred Paldium Fragment is the gated mat; farm fragment loops from the best Paldium Fragment base locations guide, then park Coralum, Carbon Fiber, Polymer, and Parts beside the workbench for one craft. Paldium Fragment is the craft mat only here.

Carry Ultra Grappling Gun for tower approaches, cliff shortcuts, and mid-fight escapes when Hyper cooldown falls short. Craft a spare kit so a lost gun does not strand you mid-route.
