Tech Level 37. Mid submachine gun that steps past the Makeshift SMG once refined weapon mats are online. Attack sits near 130 with Mag 24, so you get a sharper automatic spray without jumping straight into the heavier Assault Rifle lane. Build it when close-range caves and mid alphas punish pistol pacing and you want Mag 24 control with better punch than the scrap Makeshift step.

Recipe: Refined Ingot ×25 + Polymer ×6. Twenty-five Refined Ingot is the bulk sink, so keep ore and coal pals feeding the furnace. Six Polymer is the gated plastics sink, so park Polymer beside the weapon bench before unlock night. It sits after Makeshift SMG and beside the Makeshift Assault Rifle story as the refined automatic pocket.

Carry SMG for cave clears, nest rooms, and any fight where Mag 24 automatic fire outclasses single-shot rifles up close.
