The in-game description says it is a saddle for safely riding Kingpaca Cryst. Reach for it when you want the Ice Kingpaca variant kit after the base Kingpaca saddle.

Recipe: Leather ×24 + Fiber ×24 + Ingot ×18 + Wool ×36 + Paldium Fragment ×24.
