Weapon Assembly Line

Tech Level 32 for three points. This is the powered gun station that retires the Weapon Workbench once rifles, shotguns, and real ammo volume start mattering.

Build cost is commonly cited as Ingot ×100, Wooden Board ×20, Nail ×20, and High Quality Pal Oil ×10. Older guides still list Wood ×50 instead of boards; prefer the board recipe and treat the wood list as a patch snapshot when sources disagree. Workload for the place job sits near 30,000, so bring Handiwork help before you drop it mid-factory.

It needs electricity and a Handiwork Pal at the same time. A Power Generator with a Generating Electricity worker has to stay online, or the line sits dark no matter how good your crafters are. Once powered, queue firearms and ammo here instead of babysitting the old workbench for every magazine.

Schematics still matter for rarity rolls on the guns you pull from this station. Weapon Assembly Line II and the later Advanced Weapon Assembly Line are the speed upgrades; unlock them when your oil and metal income can feed longer queues, but this first line is the midgame gate that makes automatic weapons practical.
