Technology Level 13 (2 Tech Points). Pengullet-shaped practice target for weapon and combat tests. It only places in wide open areas, so leave a clear pad outside dense foundations.

The usual recipe is Wood ×20, Fiber ×5, and Paldium Fragment ×5. Commonly cited HP sits around 50,000 and regenerates after you stop hitting it, which lets you compare guns, skills, and partner setups without burning wild encounters. The dummy doesn't fight back, so it is a meter for damage and feel rather than a sparring partner. Keep the pad far enough from work lines that stray AoE doesn't chew ranch Pals or chests.

Craft or tune weapons at the Weapon Workbench, then move volume production to Weapon Assembly Line and Weapon Assembly Line II when those unlock. Use the dummy to sanity-check loadouts before you take the same kit into boss routes from the best pals for combat lane. Confirm HP, regen timing, and open-area placement rules on your patch after 1.0.5 if a pad refuses to snap down.
