Mixed greens craft made from Lettuce ×2 and Tomato ×2. Values sit near Nutrition 84 and SAN 11, and the systems payoff is Work Speed +30 for a stretch after you eat, so Salad is base food when you want planting, watering, and crafting crews to move faster without a combat meal.

Cook it on a Cooking Pot early, then graduate to an Electric Kitchen or Ancient Kitchen when power and volume catch up. Keep Lettuce and Tomato chests beside the stove so Kindling pals aren't hunting plantations mid batch. Two leaves and two tomatoes per salad makes the recipe cheap once both plantations are online, which is the whole point of farming them together.

Stock Salad before long build nights, Mill grind sessions, or breeding prep so Work Speed covers the busy window. Feed Boxes can hold spare bowls for work pals when SAN and hunger both need a bump.
