The usual recipe is Soralite Ingot ×80, Thermal Core ×30, Cryogenic Coolant ×50, and Ancient Civilization Core ×10. Work speed is commonly cited around +500%, and SAN drain sits near −0.11 while cooks are queued. High Kindling plus Handiwork keeps complex recipes moving without babysitting every dish.

Use it for the full late food menu once Soralite and coolant are cheap enough to spend on a kitchen. Leave Electric Kitchen as a second cook bay or brownout backup, and keep the pot only if you still like a no-power Kindling overflow. Feed ingredients from your plantations and Mill so the Ancient Kitchen never waits on a missing Tomato crate while the dual workers sit idle. Once it's online, most of your serious meal volume should here instead of juggling three older cook stations.
