Grow it on a Tomato Plantation with Planting, Watering, and Gathering coverage, or fold tomato rows into an Ancient Farm when that station is online. Haul ripe bags into a kitchen chest beside lettuce and flour so cooks aren't walking fields between batches. Merchants and caravans can top off a shortfall, but plantations beat shopping once Water and Transport labor are steady.

Prioritize Tomato for Salad when you want Work Speed food on the cheap, and bank larger stacks for Vegetable Cake once breeding nights ramp up.
