Tech Level 22. Mid fishing bait that improves bite chance over Simple Bait, so more casts turn into real hookups before you unlock the wider-bar Deluxe and Alluring lines. Craft it once tomato plots and a Mill are online, then run it at a Fishing Pond or shore spots while oil still goes to later bait tiers.

Full cited recipe once: Aquatic Pal Fluids ×3 + Tomato ×4 + Flour ×3 into High Quality Bait. Fluids come from Water Pal hunts, tomatoes from plantation rows, and flour from milled wheat. Keep all three in one prep crate beside the workbench so bait nights finish without a missing mat. Fluids cost a little more than Simple Bait, but the bite bump is why you spend them here.

Stock High Quality Bait when Simple Bait starts missing bites and Deluxe Bait or Alluring Bait is still locked behind oil and higher Tech.
