In-game name: Nightstar Sand. Night-only glowing nodes on sand. You farm it after dark, not as a daytime beach stroll.

Best density is commonly on Feybreak Island beaches. Earlier access with fewer nodes sits in the Desiccated Desert / Dessicated Dunes stretch near the PIDF Tower and the Paladius arena. Stick to those regions rather than chasing one absolute pin; node spawns shift enough that beach loops beat a single map mark.

Craft sinks pull hard once you have a stack. Beam Sword, Metal Detector, and Advanced Bow lines (plus their schematics tiers) are the usual weapons sinks. Air Dash, Double Jump, Triple Jump Boots, and related mobility accessories eat more, often beside Hexolite and Dark Fragment. Soften exact counts when guides disagree; treat "a solid night farm stack" as the planning unit, then confirm each recipe in-game.

Late electronics and armor paths that already want Plasteel and Computer often sit next to these crafts, so plan sand runs alongside oil and refined metal instead of as a one-off beach trip. Bring lights, clear the shoreline loop, and leave before dawn resets the glow.
