Rarity sits at Common, and the in-game description says it is a saddle for safely riding Melpaca. Reach for it when you want an early ground mount kit before heavier mid-game saddles.

Carry Melpaca Saddle for early Melpaca rides, starter survey loops, and any session where a mild-Paldium Tech 7 saddle beats walking.
