Lockpicking Tool v2

Tech Level 25. Silver Key tier lockpick that opens treasure chests that normally need a Silver Key once Ingot and Nail crafts scale past Copper. It upgrades Lockpicking Tool v1, so you craft it to pry mid locked boxes on exploration routes instead of hunting Silver Key drops. Reach for it when Silver chests start blocking loot and Copper v1 no longer covers the tier.

Recipe: Ingot ×20 + Paldium Fragment ×20 + Nail ×10. Twenty Ingot and ten Nail are moderate furnace sinks, so the gated mat is twenty Paldium Fragment. Pull fragments from the best Paldium Fragment base locations guide, then park Ingot, Nail, and fragments beside the workbench for one craft. Paldium Fragment is the craft mat only here.

Carry Lockpicking Tool v2 on survey runs, dungeon loops, and any map pass where Silver Key chests sit on the path. Craft a spare before long trips so one break does not strand you, then plan Lockpicking Tool v3 once Pal Metal comes online.
