Tech Level 59. Peak body armor that steps past Plasteel Armor and Pal Metal Armor once Hexolite stockpiles are real. Defense sits near 580 with Health near 1750, plus Cold Resistance Lv2 and Heat Resistance Lv2 on the base suit, so one kit covers brutal heat and deep cold without swapping climate variants every biome. Build it when Hexolite mining and Plasteel crafts already hum.

Recipe: Hexolite ×50 + Plasteel ×20 + High Quality Cloth ×10. Fifty Hexolite is the gated sink, so keep quartz loops and late ore runs feeding the chest before unlock. Twenty Plasteel and ten High Quality Cloth finish the kit, so park fabric and Plasteel stacks beside the armor bench for one assembly run.

Wear Hexolite Armor with Hexolite Helm for late towers, world bosses, and multi-biome clears where dual Lv2 resist and raw Defense beat lighter Plasteel plate. Keep a spare body piece so a death does not drop you back into Plasteel mid expedition.
