Defense sits near 600 with Heat Resistance Lv3, so volcano routes and desert towers stop cooking you while you keep late Hexolite plate. Reach for it when base Hexolite dual Lv2 resist still leaves Heat stacks chewing stamina, and when Heat Resistant Plasteel Armor no longer holds.

Recipe: Hexolite ×50 + Plasteel ×20 + High Quality Cloth ×10 + Thermal Core ×2. Fifty Hexolite matches the base Hexolite kit, so keep quartz loops and late ore runs feeding the chest. Two Thermal Core is the climate bottleneck, so stockpile cores before unlock night and park Plasteel plus cloth beside the armor bench.

Wear Heat Resistant Hexolite Armor for volcanic treks, desert alphas, and long heat biomes where Heat Resist Lv3 beats plain Hexolite. Swap back to Hexolite Armor when dual climate resist matters more than peak heat.
