The in-game description says the gloves gently hold Galeclaw's legs and, with Galeclaw on the team, work as a glider. Reach for it when you want the next glider Pal-gear kit in the same mild-Paldium band after Hangyu before mid ride saddles like Azurobe Saddle and Maraith Saddle.
