The in-game description says it is a saddle for safely riding Elphidran Aqua. Reach for it when you want the water-variant Elphidran kit in the same mild-Paldium band before Dinossom Lux Saddle.

Recipe: Leather ×24 + Fiber ×24 + Ingot ×18 + Paldium Fragment ×24. Twenty-four Leather, twenty-four Fiber, and eighteen Ingot are solid mid-late sinks beside the Pal Gear Workbench; for Paldium Fragment ×24, farm fragment loops from the best Paldium Fragment base locations guide.

Carry Elphidran Aqua Saddle for mid-late Elphidran Aqua rides, survey loops, and any session where a mild-Paldium Tech 32 saddle beats walking.
