Tech Level 54. Climate body armor that upgrades Plasteel Armor for deep cold once Plasteel and coolant crafts are online. Cold Resistance Lv2 keeps ice caves and frozen towers from shredding your stamina while you keep late plate. Reach for it when winter biomes become the main route and earlier cold kits like Cold Resistant Pal Metal Armor start to feel soft.

Recipe: Plasteel ×30 + Pal Metal Ingot ×30 + High Quality Cloth ×5 + Cryogenic Coolant ×10. Ten Cryogenic Coolant is the climate bottleneck, so craft a stockpile before unlock night. Thirty Plasteel and thirty Pal Metal Ingot still dominate the kit, so keep polymer, ore, and cloth chests beside the armor bench.

Wear Cold Resistant Plasteel Armor for frozen towers, ice alphas, and cold treks where Cold Resist Lv2 beats dual Lv1 Plasteel plate. Swap to Heat Resistant Plasteel Armor in deserts, or step down to Cold Resistant Refined Metal Armor while coolant and Plasteel mats catch up.
