Berry Plantation

Tech Level 5. This is the first real farm plot most bases plant, and it keeps Feed Boxes and early medicine stocked while you still fight with stone tools.

The usual recipe is Berry Seeds ×3, Wood ×10, and Stone ×10. It wants Planting, Watering, and Gathering in rotation. Growth is commonly cited around 180 seconds, and a healthy cycle yields Red Berries ×10. Berries are early food filler and a common ingredient path into medicine crafts on the Medieval Medicine Workbench.

Cook simple berry dishes on a Cooking Pot once that unlocks, and leave a few plots running even after Wheat Plantation opens for Cake flour. Wheat feeds breeding farms; berries keep daily hunger and low-tier medicine cheap. Share Watering and Gathering pals across both crop types so one plot doesn't sit idle while the other starves for labor.
