The usual recipe is Soralite Ingot ×50, AI Core ×5, and Bio Battery ×20. Players can't use the station themselves. It wants high Handiwork plus Medicine Production, and some extracts say it still clocks like a regular workbench despite the ancient kit, so verify work speed and power draw in-game before you retire every older bay.

Pair it with Ancient Furnace and Ancient Kitchen once Soralite, AI Cores, and Bio Batteries are cheap enough to spend on another endgame pad. Keep Advanced Workshop as a dedicated Handiwork factory for ammo and gear volume, and treat this bench as the flexible Pal craft hub when you want one station covering a wide recipe list.
