Technology Level 32. Base buff station for medicine crafting. Drop one near your medical wing and medicine jobs finish faster while workers stay on the benches instead of waiting on slow cycles.

The usual recipe is Ingot ×10, Stone ×20, Cryogenic Coolant ×5, and High Quality Pal Oil ×3. Coolant and oil are the late pieces of that kit, so unlock those crafts before you expect to plant the cauldron on a fresh mid-game pad. Place it beside Medieval Medicine Workbench first, then keep it next to Advanced Medicine Workbench once you climb the medicine line. Stock the Medicine Rack from the same corner so speed and shelf pickup share one quiet bay.

Medicine manufacturing Work Speed is commonly cited around +20%. Extra cauldrons add no further bonus, same one-counts pattern as Flame Cauldron for Kindling. Confirm the Work Speed value and non-stack rule in game if buff stations shift after an update.
