Tech Level 46. Late headgear that pairs with Pal Metal Armor once Pal Metal smelting and Paldium loops are humming. Defense sits near 150 with Health near 350, so it steps past Refined Metal Helm and finally closes the Metal → Refined → Pal Metal helm ladder after Metal Helm. Craft it the same stretch you kit Pal Metal Armor, because free head Defense stacks cleanly with the body set.

Recipe: Pal Metal Ingot ×20 + Paldium Fragment ×20. Paldium Fragment is a craft mat only here; farm it from your usual ore loops and lean on the Paldium Fragment base guide if volume stalls. Twenty Pal Metal Ingot is the gated sink, so keep late furnaces fed before unlock night.

Wear Pal Metal Helm with Pal Metal Armor for late towers, ore-region alphas, and any fight where Refined Metal Helm still feels soft. Keep a spare helm in the chest so a death does not send you back bare-headed mid route.
