Technology Level 13. Early Ice food vault, not the mid or late cooling endgame. It holds 10 slots and slows spoil when you assign an Ice Pal, so it covers berries, cooked leftovers, and breeding ingredients before bigger chill chests unlock.

The usual recipe is Ingot ×10, Stone ×10, and Ice Organ ×2. Place it beside the kitchen or Feed Box lane so Transport Pals can drop meals without a long haul. Treat Ice Organ as a craft mention only here. Farm and organ pages stay elsewhere.

Graduate as soon as you can. Move volume into Cold Food Box, then Refrigerator, and keep dry bulk in Large Container. Cooler Box is the starter rung under those stations, so don't rebuild a whole cold warehouse around it once mid cooling unlocks.
