Technology Level 2 (1 Tech Point). Early Handiwork station for repairing broken tools when durability drops and you would rather fix gear than craft a fresh copy.

The usual recipe is Wood ×10 and Stone ×10. Drop it beside your first Primitive Workbench and Palbox so repair jobs stay inside the starter radius. Repairs still cost materials, so keep wood, stone, and metal scraps stocked instead of treating the bench like a free fix button. Assign a Handiwork Pal when tool wear piles up after mining runs and early raids.

Later quality-of-life like the Large Toolbox helps Handiwork throughput around the yard, but the Repair Bench stays the dedicated fix pad. Confirm which tools can be repaired and exact material costs on your patch before you scrap a near-broken favorite.
