Refrigerated Crusher

Technology Level 54. Powered upgrade over the basic Crusher. It still turns Ore into other materials, but it needs a power supply plus a Cooling Pal, and it runs much faster once both are online.

The usual recipe is Pal Metal Ingot ×50, Plasteel ×30, Cryogenic Coolant ×25, and Corrosive Solvent ×20. Coolant and solvent are the scarce pair, so bank them before you replace every starter crusher. The station draws Energy at 300/sec and grants Work Speed +100%, which pays off when ore queues stack up after a big mining run.

Wire it to a Power Generator or Large Power Generator, then park a Cooling Pal on the pad so the bonus actually fires. Keep the base Crusher for overflow or cold bases that can't spare power yet. Place the refrigerated unit beside ore chests so Transport Pals feed it without long hauls. Confirm energy draw, Work Speed bonus, and recipe list versus the base Crusher in game before you rebuild after a base move.
