Technology Level 7 (2 Tech Points). Early base command pad that lets you allow or prohibit individual work types, flip strict versus relaxed intensity, and permanently park Pals on specific facilities.

The usual recipe is Wood ×30 and Stone ×10. Cheap enough to plant beside your first Palbox once the camp has a real work roster. Put the stand where you can reach it during a staffing mess, not buried behind plantations. Use it to shut off Transport spam when chests are full, keep Kindling on the furnaces you want lit, and lock a rancher to the Ranch so they stop wandering into Mining.

Pair the stand with an Alarm Bell when raids hit so attack-versus-work and work-type filters don't fight each other. Feed and tool access stay cleaner when a Feed Box and Large Toolbox sit in the same hub. Graduate later to the High Quality Monitoring Stand, then the Ancient Monitoring Stand for the World Tree command and SAN layer. Confirm permanent facility assign and strict or relaxed modes on your patch if a Pal ignores an order after a base move.
