Technology Level 28. Mid-tier command pad that upgrades the basic Monitoring Stand with work orders, lower SAN cost on base jobs, and slightly kinder conditions so Pals stay less cranky through long shifts.

The usual recipe is Ingot ×100 and Cement ×30. That is a real metal and cement sink, so finish your furnace and cement loop before you replace every early stand overnight. Put the HQ stand where you can reach it during a staffing mess, not buried behind plantations. Use it to issue work orders, keep SAN from melting on busy lines, and cut the chance Pals grow dissatisfied when the yard is packed.

Pair it with an Alarm Bell so raid callouts and work filters share one hub. Graduate later to the Ancient Monitoring Stand when you want the World Tree command layer. Keep feed and tool access nearby so the SAN win isn't wasted by empty troughs. Confirm SAN and satisfaction numbers in game before you rebuild after a base move.
