Crude oil

1.0 added the High-Pressure Crude Oil Extractor. It does not need an oil field. 1.0.4 cut build cost on both extractors and the Large Power Generator, sped up production, and let High-Pressure count for the mission that asked for a Crude Oil Extractor.

Rigs still put oil in the large chest. Syndicate thugs drop it. Paldb also has oil on some oil-rig chests and on pals such as Kikit. The steady farm is the extractor. Wing Cells eat 20 Crude Oil each (paldb, tech 80).
