Eleven days. That's how long until Booster Pack Legends Awaken hits shelves on October 30, and Bushiroad has already put a big number on it. On October 7, the publisher said sales of the Palworld OFFICIAL CARD GAME are projected to pass 11 million packs worldwide by early November. That projection counts Dawn of Palpagos and Legends Awaken together.
If you've been sitting on the fence about the Palworld trading card game (TCG), here's what Bushiroad actually said and what it means for your launch week.

The 11 million number, read carefully
This is a projection, not a sales receipt. Bushiroad's wording is that sales are "projected to surpass 11 million packs worldwide" across the two boosters "by early November." So it's a forecast that leans on Legends Awaken's first days on sale.
Still, it tells you how the company sees this game. Dawn of Palpagos only came out on July 30, 2026. A second set plus a target like that, a little over three months in, is not how a publisher talks about a side project.
For anyone who spent August hunting for Dawn of Palpagos, that's useful context. We wrote about the shortage back then in They're printing Dawn of Palpagos as fast as they can. A company expecting this kind of volume is a company printing a lot of cardboard.
24,000 people sat down for a demo
The other number in the announcement is easier to picture. Attendance at official demo sessions has passed 24,000 players worldwide. Bushiroad says those sessions started in Japan and then spread to events and card shops around the world.
That's the Demo Caravan crowd: people who walked up to a table, got taught, and played a first game. If you haven't done one yet, our Demo Caravan guide covers how it works. Bushiroad's August recap listed the take-home kit as a Foldable Deck Case, a Foiled Chillet Soul promo card, and a special event flair in Bushi Navi.

What Legends Awaken is
Here's what's official so far:
- Release date: October 30, 2026
- Featured colors: Red, Blue, Green, Purple, and Colorless
- Bushiroad's summer conference recap promised Legendary Pals in new illustrations, and over 100 card types along with parallel versions and alternate illustrations
Jetragon was the first face Bushiroad showed us. I broke down that reveal in Jetragon just put a face on Legends Awaken, and our Legends Awaken set page has the checklist and spoilers as they land.

The October lineup
Two dates matter this month, and the first one has already passed:
- October 16: Sleeve & Card Set Vol.1 went on sale. It's 75 sleeves plus 10 cards exclusive to the set. More on that in our Vol.1 write-up.
- October 30: Booster Pack Legends Awaken.
Bushiroad closed its announcement by telling fans to "stay tuned for further product developments." It didn't give details, so I won't guess.
What I'd do this week
Talk to your local shop now, not on the 29th. Ask how it's handling Legends Awaken allocations and preorders.
If you're new, a trial deck and a demo table are still the cheapest way in. You don't need a booster box to figure out whether you like the game.
That's it for now. I'll have more as Legends Awaken cards get revealed. Thanks for reading. See you at the prerelease table.
